The Heera Group Supreme Court hearing update dated 10, November,2022.

Assalam Alaikum my dear Heera Group investors and supporters. With the grace of Allah saw, I am totally fine and healthy, JazakAllah. My dear Heera Family today I am here for a big update which we got on 10th November. Alhamdulillah Rabb Al Alamin, Heera Group is on the way to attain victory in the case and after latest proceedings, it is a clear win for Heera Group. MashaAllah, a favourable order has come as expected. I thank the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and our Advocates and Heera Group family for supporting and giving me strength throughout the years. I truly salute the Indian Judiciary, Constitution and Supreme Court of India for delivering us justice. MashaAllah, with the 10th of November victory, Heera Group has set an example in the corporate world that if you are true and law abiding then Indian Judiciary will always serve you justice.

Heera Group has set an example and broken the chain of myth.

Insha’Allah, the time has come to repay investors’ money. After the Supreme Court order a committee will be formed composed of retired revenue officials and the Heera group will be a part of the committee to disperse amount to Genuine claimants with original documents. The Hon’ble Court clearly stated that all Properties of Heera Group will be detached and its rights on the properties will be reinstated including the right to sell. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India admitted our standing submission and a security of Rs 400 crore will be furnished to settle the claims after verification. Masha Allah Heera Group has set an example and broken the chain of myth. We have set an example by detaching Heera Group properties from ED.

Heera Group has the right to decide whom to give or not to give payment.

The Hon’ble SC judge told everyone not to waste time, money, and energy. There must be a deadline for the closure of this case so that we should restart Heera Group soon. The court does not have lots of time to investigate this matter. It is a big relief for Heera Group and shows that everything is going in our favour. The Hon’ble Supreme Court said, make a committee and make Heera Group a prime member and in that committee, Heera Group has the right to decide whom to give or not to give payment.
