The Hon’ble Supreme Court’s decision on the Heera Gold (09.02.2022). Alhamdulillah, once again the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has praised the Heera Group’s endeavour and consistency. For the last three years Heera Group has been eagerly waiting for the server and data which has been illegally seized by the investigation agency. The Central Crime Station (CCS) Hyderabad had seized the entire data center of the Heera Group investors which includes dozens of laptops and Hard Discs. It has been three years since the Supreme court of India has directed them to hand over the data, but the investigation agency has not responded. My company has sufficient resources like gold, properties, and other sources to return the money. Central Crime Station (CCS) has all the Heera group investor’s data, but they are not ready to hand it over.

Important points from Today’s Supreme Court discretion.

• The Supreme Court observed that it has been two years and SFIO is unable to decipher evidence due to the lack of forensic labs.
• The relevant machines, data center and server of Heera Group were dumped in a truck and taken away three years ago: The Hon’ble Apex Court.
• The CCS of Telangana state apparently seized the machines and data center of the Heera Group. The CCS shall provide a list to the ASG.
• I urged the officials several times, but still, they ignored my calls and messages. What I am talking about is the entire data center of the Heera Group. But they are misleading our members and investors in the name of Pen drive and other stuff. The CCS has confiscated our 40 hard disks and one dozen operating laptops along with other data.
• Now it is clear that the investigation agencies have failed to investigate and Heera Group are the victims of political vendetta.
• All fake allegations of scam against me and Heera Group are part of a conspiracy to defame Heera Group. The fake complainants and paid YouTubers posted fake videos and sent whatsapp messages to Hon’ble Justice Kaul.
• The Hon’ble court expressed concern over the investors sending WhatsApp messages to it seeking justice. They appreciate the endeavour of Heera Group for fighting against agencies for more than three years.
• Investors are still waiting for sunlight into it as the investigation agencies have seized all the data of Heera Gold and are not handing it over.

 The Supreme Court of India has ordered the CCS more than three times to hand over the Heera Group data. They have confiscated 39 hard disks of 4 TB, 14 operating laptops, and server materials. I need all my data back to rack the company effectively; the company can not move even one step without data. However, they have confiscated not only the investor’s data but also the customer’s data. People under the influence of blackmailers have been running campaigns against the Heera Group on social media for the past 3 years to betray investors and to launch false complaints. Now the investors  are satisfied with Heera Group and trust them. Hope to get justice. I urged the officials several times, but still, they ignored my calls and messages. What I am talking about is the entire data center of the Heera Group. But they are misleading our members and investors in the name of Pen drive and other stuff. The CCS has confiscated our 40 hard disks and one dozen operating laptops along with other data. Now it’s proved the Heera Group has done nothing wrong with the investors. All we are doing is running business sincerely.
