The issues I faced for being a girl in Patriarchal society-Nowhera Shaik

Nowhera Shaik, Being a woman is not easy in the patriarchal world and it gets tough when you stand to challenge them. I stood against them and opposed their patriarchal thoughts and fought a long battle to smash the ideology of oppression. In 1998, Nowhera Shaik launched the Heera Group of companies. My goal was to benefit others through my business. Moreover I am still fighting the battle from society not for my personal gain but for the development of women and girls. I faced several hurdles and hindrances that never bowed down in front of them. I have been fighting with them and Alhamdulillah the result is in front of you in the face of Heera Group of companies.

Heera Group is the symbol of resistance

Heera Group is not an organization to make money and profit. It is the symbol of resistance which fights against the oppressor. It also raises awareness for girl child education in the remote parts of the rural villages. Heera Residential School and Colleges is proof of its benign largesse. It is my vision to empower women that were shaped into reality with the funding from this company. Heera Group is the dream project that was started 23 years back with eyes full of veins rupturing with ambitions! dreamt of an identity. I went from one step to another and built my Queendom of desires. Rather than building a vacuum with a façade of pomposity, I made a rock-solid empire of mins.  Currently Heera Group property net worth is a whopping sum of INR 1,00,000 Crore. I have not taken a single bank loan since 1998 till date.

It began when I used to purchase jewels from goldsmiths. I decided to expand my circle in 1997 and 1998 by inviting some women who invested in my business. Regardless of the fact how much money I made, I divided it evenly among all the members. Alhamdulillah Allah has been always with me in this fight JazakAllah.
